Terms and Conditions for Hemero LLC

Design Approval:

1. Once you have approved the final design and roster for your custom products (including sizes, names, and numbers), your order enters production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

Mockups and Final Approval:

1. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design mockups, player names, numbers, and sizes before production begins. We will not be held responsible for errors that result from customer approval.

Custom Orders:

1. Payment for custom orders is required upfront and must be made in full before production begins. Once production starts, the order is non-refundable except in cases of product defects.

Purchase Orders:

1. Public high schools in the U.S. may submit a Purchase Order (PO). Production will begin only after the PO is verified by Hemero LLC. Payment is due within 30 days of delivery. Late payments may be subject to penalties.

Turnaround Times:

• The production and delivery times for custom orders will vary based on the quantity and complexity of the order. Our typical production times are outlined in the Shipping Policy.
• If you have a hard deadline for delivery, you must communicate this to us before placing the order and it must be confirmed by our team. Additional fees may apply for rush orders.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

International Orders:

• For international customers, please note that you may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are your responsibility.

Custom Designs:

• Once a customer approves the final design for production, all intellectual property rights in that design remain with Hemero LLC until full payment is received.
• We reserve the right to display your custom designs on our website or social media platforms for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing of your objection.

Governing Law:

• These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration:

• Any dispute arising out of or relating to these T&Cs or your purchase of products from Hemero LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. Each party will bear their own costs, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
