  • What types of products do you offer?

    We specialize in custom basketball uniforms, accessories, and team apparel. We also offer items like tracksuits and backpacks.
  • Do you only work with basketball teams, or can you outfit other sports too?

    While basketball is our primary focus, we can create uniforms for other sports upon request.

2. Ordering Process

  • What’s the minimum order quantity?

    The first order of a specific uniform design requires a minimum of 10 sets (jersey and shorts). You can also order jerseys or shorts separately, but the minimum is 10 pieces. After the first order, add-ons are easy with a minimum of just 1 piece. For certain items like tracksuits and backpacks that are in stock, the minimum is 1 piece for custom orders.
  • How do I place an order?

    Fill out our Contact Us form, and we’ll get back to you with a quote and mockups of your requested design. Once you approve the design and make the payment, we’ll begin production and deliver your goods.
  • What’s the typical turnaround time?

    For an average order of 15 uniform sets, production takes approximately 3–4 weeks. DISCLAIMER : For larger orders (25+ sets), production time may take longer. Contact Us if you’re working with a specific deadline.
  • Do you offer rush orders?

    Yes, we do offer rush orders for an additional surcharge. Please Contact Us to confirm availability and pricing.
  • Can I order a sample?

    Yes, you can order a custom one-off sample for a sample surcharge. Contact our team for exact pricing.

3. Customization Questions

  • Can we customize colors, logos, and names on the jerseys?

    Yes, our uniforms are fully sublimated and allow for tackle twill embroidery as an optional feature. You can choose any colors you want. If your preferred colors aren't listed, simply request them in the notes.
  • What file format do you need for logos or custom graphics?

    We prefer vector logos or high-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds. However, you can also send JPGs if those formats are unavailable. Vector files (like .AI, .SVG, or .EPS) are preferred because they produce the clearest print quality.

  • What sizes do you offer?

    We provide a wide range of sizes to suit everyone:
    • Big Kids: Sizes S to XL
    • Adults: Sizes S to 4XL, available for both men and women

    We require a full deposit to begin production.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, other major credit cards, Venmo, and PayPal.
  • Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs) from schools?

    Yes, we accept official school purchase orders for public high schools in the USA. Please contact us for more details on our PO process.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Where do you ship?

    Most of our customers are in the USA, but we can also ship to destinations in Europe, Australia, and other countries upon request.
  • How do I track my order?

    Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number with a link.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • Do you offer returns or refunds?

    Because all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sizing errors, change of mind, or customization issues once an order is approved and production has begun.
  • What if there’s a defect in the product?

    If there is a manufacturing defect or we made a mistake on your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will review the issue.
