Usually not. Most mockups are at no cost. If your idea needs extra work, like detailed custom artwork, a logo redraw or many rounds of changes, we tell you the design fee before we start. As many as it takes to get your design right. Revisions refine the design you started with. Switching to a brand-new concept can add time. Changes after you pay may move your in-hand date or add cost.

Yes. Send us photos and we'll rebuild the design. You need to own the rights to the design and logos. We can't reproduce another team's, school's or brand's trademarks without permission.

Yes. On sublimated uniforms, sponsor logos come at no extra cost. Check your league rules first: many high school associations don't allow sponsor logos on game uniforms.

We do both. Sublimation prints your design into the fabric: lightweight, any colors and graphics, and logos at no extra cost. Tackle twill stitches numbers and letters on for a classic look. Names and numbers are printed and included. Want them stitched? Tackle twill names and numbers on the jersey are $25 more per set, solid or outlined, and add about 1 production day for every 5 sets. Want a premium detail? We can laser perforate your team name up the shorts side panels: small holes that spell the name. $15 a set, at no cost while it's new, and adds about 1 production day for every 5 sets. Little kids XS to XL (ages 3 to 8), youth XS to XL, adult (men's and unisex) S to 5XL and women's S to 3XL. Tall adds 2 inches to the jersey, the shorts or both, on adult and women's sizes. See our size guide for measurements. Ask us anytime, and we can send samples to try on.

The 3D designer shows a preview, not a physical sample, and screens show color differently, so we confirm your colors with you in your Order Confirmation. Sizes are the team's responsibility, including sizes parents enter. Parents can fix their entry until your roster locks on your sizes and payment due date, even if you pay early. After that, changes may move your in-hand date or add cost.

$70 a set through Nov 15, 2026, then $95. Ordering home and away? Every set drops to $67. Home, away and alt: $65 a set. From Nov 16, 2 sets take 10% off and 3 sets take 20% off. Reorders get set pricing too. A jersey or shorts alone is 60% of the set price. Printed names and numbers are included.

No hard minimum. Team pricing starts at 10 sets. Need fewer? We can still make them, with a small-order fee.

No. A set discount and a promo code never combine: you get the bigger one. No set goes below $65.

Schools and districts can pay by purchase order. It’s an exception we approve case by case, and we may ask for a deposit or payment first instead. Once we accept your PO in writing and confirm it with your business office, production starts, and payment is due within 30 days of delivery. Everyone else pays before production starts. Larger orders may qualify for a deposit, so just ask.

Yes. Send your certificate before you pay and we'll take sales tax off.

About 4 weeks from payment on average: 4 weeks for under 30 sets, 5 for 30 to 59, 6 for 60 or more. We work back from your in-hand date. Pay by the due date on your order to keep your date. Paying later moves it.

It depends on your date. Pick it when you start your order: if it's tight, it goes to us as a rush request and we tell you what's possible. A rush date is set once we confirm it in writing.

Anytime. Reorders cost about 10 to 25% more per set than your original order, since small runs cost more to make, and take 10 days to 3 weeks depending on the items. Start a new order, or tap Reorder on your order in Team HQ. Players added later are priced on the day you add them, and your Order Confirmation shows the exact price.

Yes. Prices on our site are for the US. France and Vietnam have their own prices. Anywhere else, ask us for a quote.

Team order: the program buys the uniforms in one order, paid by the school, boosters, club fees or the coach. Best for game uniforms the school keeps, leagues and colleges. Design it in our 3D designer or send us your idea. Team store: your own online store where each family picks a size and pays at checkout. Best for club and AAU teams where players keep their uniforms, and for warmups, practice and fan gear. No upfront cost, you never collect money, and your program earns on every sale. Many high schools do both.

Yes, at no cost any time before you pay. Once you pay, your order is scheduled for production and can't be canceled. Need a change after you pay? Contact us right away. If production hasn't started, we'll do what we can. Changes may move your in-hand date or add cost.

If our own delay misses an in-hand date we confirmed in writing, we upgrade to expedited shipping at our cost. If items still arrive late, you get a credit of up to 20% of the late items toward your next order. We choose the remedy.
